• Wife, mother and nurturer of 2 grown daughters and a Llasa Apso puppy.
• Health and fitness junky, lover of the outdoors, animals, physical activity, good movies, stimulating conversation, counter culture causes, all things natural, and anything chocolate.
• A wealth of colleagues and resources in health and nutrition professions throughout the U.S.

After 25 years of struggling with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, endless research, trial and self-experimentation, and raising 2 daughters with chronic health problems, I've discovered some of the most powerful life and health transforming solutions available anywhere. I am 57 years old. I look, I'm told, in my mid 40's, and feel the best I've felt in 25 years.
