In Lisa's own words... "I must say, I was very skeptical at first... I took one look at the results of my metabolic assessment and my recommended foods and I was flabbergasted! These were all the foods I either didn't like or had given up. FAQ

Q. I've tried many weight loss programs but have never been able to lose weight and keep it off. Why would your system be more successful than any other.

A. The reason most weight loss programs fail is that they address the symptoms rather than the causes of being overweight. Like chronic fatigue, headaches, or constipation, excess weight and obesity are expressions of underlying biochemical imbalances within the body's fundamental homeostatic controls. That's why it's so critical for you to identify your metabolic type. Eating accordingly will help to correct those underlying imbalances. This explains why some people lose weight on a high protein diet and others lose weight on a high carbohydrate diet - or something in between. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to address your genetic dietary requirements. This is also why you don't find obese people in native cultures around the world.
